However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to S&R Candle Company within 3 days of delivery.

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 5 days of your order being delivered.

You may return your unused product (excluding candles from our Discovery set) for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 7 days of delivery.
